The condo was nicely decorated. Perfect for a nice little weekend getaway. Loved the access to the smaller pool. So many things to see and do in the area no matter what time of year you visit. The only negative we had all weekend was that the only coffee option in the room was decaf, but we just went to the Coffeebar in the nearby hotel and got a cup to go. We will definitely be back!

We rented the Cozy Cottage on Clam Lake for a week. This place was fantastic for the price. It was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great while there. Sue was great. She was quick to respond to all our questions. We highly recommend Bellaire Property Management and Vacation Rentals and would rent from them again.

Was a pleasure to stay an lodge was so nice we got to enjoy the Starbucks on sight and the restaurant and is around town so can do fun things like kayaking an shopping, was very spacious our unit has 3 rooms, 3 balconies and 3 full bathrooms, and I loved the fireplace with unlimited wood! The views were amazing as well really good for content. Very cozy.

We loved the newly renovated/decorated space. It was super cute and felt very homey. It had great extras in the supply closet for anything that you could need during your stay. Beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again. The only suggestion that we would have is to add curtains to the main living area door wall to help keep the heat in during the cold months. It was slightly chilly throughout due to older heating systems, as expected, curtains would help!

My husband and I have used Bellaire Property Management for the last year. Sue has been a wonderful manager, and I highly recommend her. She creates a wonderful rental experience for our guests, from the welcome book/guide she created, to the little touches throughout, like make up removing wipes and cloths. We have received consistent 5-star reviews on our property, and it has been well cared for. Over Thanksgiving there was a small issue, and she immediately addressed it and helped the renters, driving over on the holiday. I can’t recommend her enough!

This was our second stay with Bellaire Property Management, and it was another great one! Easy to book, good communication, and a wonderful cabin right by Schuss Mountain!
